The concept is simple, we resource for the company’s opening but rather than the new employee going direct on to your payroll they would instead be employed by Phoenix which allows you a full year to fully review the performance of new hires before putting them onto your payroll, with no additional fees.

The employee would still be recruited using an agreed process with you having the final hiring decision and managed by your Sales Manager and following your sales strategy and direction.
