The Contracted Sales Representatives can be used for:

1. Increasing sales force size in a prudent manner while being able to assess potential new employees before placing them on your own headcount.
2. Creating a new team to focus on product launches while keeping the headcount sales force selling the main portfolio products.
3. Adding resource to older promotionally responsive products that have a short patent life remaining.
4. Backfilling vacancies quickly and assessing new employees before hiring.

The representatives are recruited with you having the final hiring decision which means that you control the quality of the representatives and they follow your sales strategy and direction. The company can increase or decrease the required resource at any time without having to worry about headcount or the cost implications of downsizing. We can supply any number of representatives that you need.
